Partial attendance permitted with prior notice.
Newcomer’s to meditation welcome (please come a little early).
If you have your own meditation cushions, you are encouraged to bring them.

Activities include: Sitting Meditation, Chanting Meditation, Walking Meditation, Dharma Talk, Personal Interview (1-on-1 dialogue with Genjo Roshi), Meal Meditation (Vegetarian Lunch & Dinner Provided)
